We offer temperature controlled UPS overnight shipping across the entire United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and location. Orders that require UPS shipping can be delivered Tuesday through Friday. Please note that if you choose Monday delivery for your order, it will be shipped on Monday to arrive on Tuesday as UPS does not ship on Sunday.
Once your order is picked up from our facility, Lilac & Creme cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays that may arise. To avoid potential delays, kindly provide the complete shipping address, including any relevant suite or apartment numbers, while placing your order. Ensuring accurate and comprehensive shipping information will help facilitate a smooth delivery process.
For delivery addresses in Lakewood, NJ and surrounding areas, we offer local delivery to select zip codes. We also offer pick up at our Lakewood New Jersey location. A select few items cannot be shipped due to their delicate nature. For such items, we exclusively offer local delivery and pickup options.
