Cancellation policy

Purchasing Policy:

Placing Orders: Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting our customer support team. Please note: orders are not confirmed until a confirmation email with an L&C order number is received. 

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other digital payment methods as specified on our website. 

Pre-orders: When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Payment is collected at the time the order is placed. Please note: preorder delivery dates or "available" dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel an order, please reach out to our customer support team with your order details. Please note: orders that have already been scheduled for fulfillment cannot be cancelled. 

Order Modifications:

While we strive to accommodate order modifications, we cannot guarantee changes once the order is placed.
