Shavuos is our busiest season of the year, and our fulfillment process is carefully planned to ensure each order is prepared, packed, and delivered as smoothly as possible.

Estimated Shavuos Delivery Schedule
Due to the volume of Shavuos orders, Lilac & Crème cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. Instead, deliveries are scheduled within an estimated window based on location and delivery method.
Our estimated delivery window for Shavuos 5786 is:
May 13th through May 21st

Delivery Methods
UPS Next Day Air
Orders headed to destinations outside of our local delivery areas are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. Orders are packed with ice and in insulated boxes to maintain a cold, stable temperature during transit.
What to expect:
Once a shipping label has been created, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Please note that tracking may not update immediately. During the Shavuos season, labels are often created in advance and filed for fulfillment. Your order will begin tracking once UPS receives and scans the package.
→ Select areas within our typical shipping zones may be serviced through direct delivery rather than our standard overnight shipping.
In these cases, we may offer delivery using temperature controlled vehicles, like freezer trucks. Orders are transported frozen and delivered directly to your door, eliminating the need for insulated packaging and ice packs.
This is arranged at our discretion based on location and delivery logistics. Delivery rates for this service remain the same, as the cost of maintaining this level of service is comparable to overnight shipping.
→ Once a package leaves our facility, delivery timing is in UPS's hands. UPS Next Day Air deliveries are generally delivered before 2 PM, however, delivery timing cannot be guaranteed. Unexpected events, such as weather delays, traffic, or carrier disruptions, can impact delivery timing.
While delays are uncommon, they can occur. In the event of a delivery delay, a package may arrive a day later than expected. Customers can track their shipment using the UPS tracking number provided at the time of shipping to see real-time updates. UPS may attempt delivery later in the day, reroute the package, or hold it at a local facility until delivery is possible.
In the event that your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, if necessary, file a claim. However, we cannot guarantee the outcome of such claims or be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of lost or damaged shipments.
Local Delivery
Deliveries to Lakewood and surrounding areas are delivered with couriers. Due to the volume of local deliveries, routes are planned in advance.
What to expect:
If the is a mobile number associated with your order, you will receive an automated message when the driver is on the way. The message may contain a link to track your order in real time. Once your order is delivered, you will receive an delivery confirmation via email.
Local delivery timing may vary based on the size of the route, traffic conditions, and other factors. We are not able to guarantee specific delivery times or dates within our delivery window.
Please note that while our drivers are instructed to knock upon arrival, due to the volume of deliveries, drivers are not able to wait or return to a stop if no one is available. If no one is home, your order will be left in the safest available location and a delivery notification will be sent.
If your order is a gift, a delivery notification text will be sent directly to the recipient's phone number, if provided at the time the order was placed.
In Store Pickup
If you selected in-store pickup, you order can be picked up during our scheduled Shavuos pickup window on May 17th from 11 AM to 4 PM.

→ To ensure our team can keep pickup organized and running smoothly on a busy day, we kindly ask that all customers arrive during the designated pickup hours only.
When you arrive, simply provide the name or order number associated with your order at the pickup counter and our team will retrieve it for you.
Order Changes
Since our deadline has passed (on May 11), all Shavuos orders have moved into the carefully scheduled production and fulfillment stage. While you are welcome to submit a change request, we are unable to guarantee that adjustments will be made.
If the change can be accommodated, your order will be updated accordingly. If not, the order will proceed as originally placed. We appreciate your understanding.
