How should I store my cheesecake?
Lilac & Crème cheesecakes can be frozen for up to six months, allowing you to plan ahead for time-sensitive occasions.
When you receive your order, transfer the cake to your freezer and dispose of the ice pack and foam casing. 12-24 hours before you are ready to serve your cake, remove it from the freezer and allow it to thaw gradually in the refrigerator. Once thawed, remove from the fridge and enjoy!! (To obtain the fluffy and mouthwatering texture that Lilac & Crème cheesecakes are known for, remove the cake from the fridge and leave it at room temperature before serving)
Serving Instructions
To avoid damaging the cake, unwrap when frozen.
Store cake in the freezer before eating. Defrost cake in fridge overnight or at room temperature for 4 hours before serving.
Best served at room temperature.
Defrost. Enjoy. And freeze again.
Cake can be defrosted and re-frozen for up to 6 months.
ORDERS
Can I make changes to my order?
We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.
To make changes to your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via "contact us" form or by calling our office at 732-886-0701.
Please double check your information before submitting your order, as changes to existing orders are not guaranteed.
Can I request more miniatures in a box?
All items are sold as listed on the website.
We cannot accommodate custom orders due to packaging sizes and availability.
How do I track the progress of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking.
Please note: Local Deliveries cannot be tracked in real time. If you provided a valid email address with your order, you will receive a notification when your order is delivered.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, then we can deliver to a different address as per your request.
Please note that during busy seasons we will not be able to accommodate order changes after our order deadline.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Lilac & Crème cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If approved for a refund or partial credit by our customer support team, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@lilacandcreme.com.
SHIPPING
What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order. Or, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
Please note:
All local deliveries are delivered between the hours of 4:00 PM and 9:30 PM
Orders with overnight shipping are packed in temperature controlled boxes and are shipped via UPS overnight shipping. For UPS orders, you will receive tracking information as soon as your order hits the mail stream.
For all questions regarding deliveries, please fill out a contact form and we will get back to you within 24 business hours.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Lilac & Crème offers same-day local delivery. Our cutoff time for same-day delivery is 11 AM. If your order is placed after 11 AM, it will be delivered the next business day.
For next-day nationwide shipping, orders must be placed by 12:00 PM.
UPS orders placed after Thursday at 12 PM EST will be shipped the following week.
UPS orders scheduled for Monday delivery will ship out Monday and arrive Tuesday.

How do you keep my cake fresh during shipping?
Lilac & Crème ships nationwide with UPS Next Day Air, packed with ice in insulated boxes to maintain a cold, stable temperature during transit.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Please select your desired date of delivery during the checkout process.
Kindly be aware that although we make every effort to accommodate delivery date preferences, Lilac & Crème cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day.
We understand the importance of timely delivery, and we encourage you to select a preferred date of delivery when placing your order. This allows us to prioritize and plan accordingly. However, please be aware that factors beyond our control, such as shipping delays or unforeseen circumstances, may affect the delivery date.
To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend scheduling your delivery date with ample time, considering possible delays that may occur during the shipping process. Lilac & Crème cakes can be frozen for up to six months without compromising their flavor or texture. This allows you to plan ahead and enjoy our delicious treats at your convenience.
Can you ship outside of the USA?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside of the U.S. at this time, due to customs.
